A closely-held corporation incorporated in 1999 in the Republic of the Philippines with corporate headquarters at the Tritan Plaza, located in Paseo De Magallanes Commercial Center Makati City. By itself and through its subsidiaries, Tritan is active in the fields of Cosmetics, Medical Aesthetics, Refrigeration Technology, Property Development and Export & Import Business.
1999
Novelina was formed as a joint venture between Tritan Ventures Inc. and Yamahatsu Sangyo K.K. of Osaka, Japan; Research & Development and main production facility for European & South America distribution
2002
Schwarzcopf & Henkel K.K. & Lion Corporation acquires Yamahatsu Sangyo K.K.; Tritan Ventures Inc. acquires 100% of Shanghai Novelina Cosmetics Co. from Henkel-Lion Cosmetics Co. Ltd.
Novelina is considered an industry leader in the production of powder hair color, which are being marketed in countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, China, North & South America as well as the Middle East.
2006
Tritan Medical Aesthetics was formed. TritanMed acquired its first aesthetic machine from Apolo Med, the Apolo IPL or Intense Pulse Light.
Novelina Cosmetics introduced a line of Herbal Hair Color that does not contain ammonia & peroxide in the Philippine Market.
2007
Novelina continued to develop hair care products such as professional rebonding system, hair and scalp treatment among others.
2008
The Compact Wave, from Eunsung Global, a Korean manufacturer, was acquired.
The Compact Wave, is a digital radio frequency device. The lontoson & the 02 Jetpeel was acquired during the same year.
2009
Palomar Med joined the roster of companies under TritanMed Aesthetics during the year 2009, with Starlux 300 and Starlux 500
2010
Magiepot, Aurora, Dr. Skin and the Comfort Dual joined the innovative line equipments from Eunsung.
2010 also saw the arrival of the TDF (Therapeutic Dermatological Formula)
2011
Slim Lipo Aspire body – sculpting laser also from Palomar was introduced during this year. Slim Lipo safely melts fats.
Acleara, also from Palomar, was released.
2012
Apolo Diode, the gold standard in laser hair removal and Emerge fractional laser which can treat a range of skin imperfections was introduced.
2013
LipoKit from Medikan International was acquired and released.
2014
Lutronic, Korea’s pioneer aesthetic laser medical device company, became the newest member of TritanMed Aesthetics. This year also saw the arrival of Magicpolar and Surtron.
2015
Novelina launched another line of hair color, the Novelina ColorLock. It is a shampoo-in powder hair color for fast gray hair coverage.
Another machine from Lutronic, the Infini radiofrequency microneedling, joined the family. Aqua ST, was also acquired.
Ultraformer and Scizer, both from Classys, were included in the growing line up of medical aesthetic machines of Tritan Med.
2016
Schuyler Refrigeration Technology was founded to serve as a catalyst for the development of the cold chain solution in the Philippines. It aims to be the front-runner in ice-making and cold storage facilities.
LaseMD, another innovation from Lutronic was acquired. Ulfit and Refit from Classys were added to the expanding line of Tritan Med. lontoson 2 was likewise introduced. Norseld’s Dual Yellow with the powerful FEM technology was also acquired.
2017
Novelina added skincare to its product category by introducing products enriched with Glutathione and Snail Serum.
Clarity from Lutronic, Etherea MX from Vydence, Aquapure from Classys, were added to the impressive line-up machines of Tritan Medical Aesthetics.
Schuyler introduced large scale ice-making machines such as tube ice, flake ice and block ice machines. Blast freezers were also introduced.
2018
Schuyler introduced the first automated Block Ice Machine in the country.
It offers the quickest freezing time, one piece design and fully automatic operations.
Schuyler participated in government tradeshows such as DA BFAR Fish Production & Post Harvest Equipment Showcase.
Novelina launched two new lines of Hair Color – Cream and Powder Hair Color with Keratin and the Herbal Cream and Powder Hair Color.
2018 marked the arrival of Picoplus, with the platform offering both pico and nanosecond with more options to address even the hardest cases.
2019
Schuyler introduced a cold room control system designed for real-time monitoring and emergency warning.
Schuyler recently completed negotiations to build a large cold storage facility for a leading e-commerce site in the Philippines.
Genius, Lutronic’s new innovation, arrived in 2019. Genius, is a game-changer in the improvement of scars, skin texture, skin laxity and wrinkles.
Clatuu Alpha, a non-surgical fat reduction treatment, and Sylfirm, will also be launched this year.
